Claude skill

A saved set of instructions, examples and files that Claude loads only when a task needs it.

A skill is a folder with a main instruction file and any supporting material, such as templates or example outputs. Claude reads a short description of every skill you have. When your request matches one, it loads the full instructions.

For marketers, skills are a way to turn the way your team works into something repeatable: a brand voice guide, a campaign brief format, a weekly report.
